3/ OpenAI Updates Exit Terms, Drops Controversial Clauses

OpenAI has reversed its policy requiring former employees to sign non-disparagement agreements to keep their vested equity. An internal memo clarified that OpenAI will not cancel any vested units or enforce non-disparagement clauses. The company apologized for the previous policy, stating it doesn't reflect their values. OpenAI is updating its departure process to remove such clauses from future agreements. This comes amid recent controversies, including the removal of a ChatGPT voice named "Sky."

4/ OpenAI and News Corp Join Forces!

OpenAI and News Corp have teamed up in a big way, allowing OpenAI to access and use content from top News Corp publications like The Wall Street Journal and The Times.
